Attorney Phillips

Attorney Phillips received his law degree from the Univeristy of Akron and is a member of the Ohio bar. Attorney Phillips also holds a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from John Carroll University. Attorney Phillips began his career in the information technology field and has been a Programmer, Application Architect, IT Project Manager and an IT Director. Attorney Phillips is a dedicated family man. He also volunteers his time at his church-based legal aid clinic and is dedicated to assuring equal access to to the court system and justice for all.

Attorney Phillips will fight for the injured, the unjustly wronged or those needing legal representation to start putting the pieces back together.

Attorney Rzepka

Attorney Rzepka grew up in the greater Cleveland area graduating from Cleveland Heights High School in 1971. Mr. Rzepka went on to receive a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University in 1974, and a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota in 1977. Mr Rzepka attended the University of Texas at Austin where he completed all work except a dissertation required for a Ph.D in Information Systems. Having graduated with honors from the University of Akron Law School in 2008, Mr. Rzepka is a member of the Texas and Ohio bars. Mr. Rzepka is a veteran of over 34 years in Information Technology Industry working for IBM, Sprint, and Progressive Insurance.

Current professional interests include children's advocacy, juvenile law, family law, personal injury and general practice.
